Game Information

The AK-47 is a fully-automatic assault rifle and is effective at medium range. In single player, it is mainly used by most enemies you encounter, but you can easily pick it up after you have killed them. It has a Magazine capacity of 30 rounds, and it has a Maximum ammunition of 300 rounds in Single player, and 180 rounds multiplayer. Strangely, the AK-47 Grenadier found in the single-player will hold a maximum of 308 rounds. It reloads every 2.5 seconds when loaded and every time its unloaded it takes 3.25 seconds.

It is one of six weapons with a golden skin available, the other five being the M60E4, Desert Eagle, Dragunov, Mini-Uzi, and the M1014.

The AK-47 is a huge power-house gun, and in any mode is unstoppable with Stopping Power.

This gun is also known for the different animation for reloading the grenade launcher. This is due to the AK-47 being equipped with a GP-25 grenade launcher, while most other assault rifles use the M203 grenade launcher.

Attachments

You can unlock a series of attachments for the Ak 47, which are unlocked at 25 kills, 75 kills and 150 kills. These are:

Grenade Launcher: Unlocked with the weapon

Red Dot Sight: 25 kills

Silencer: 75 kills

ACOG Scope: 150 kills

Apart from these attachments, you can also unlock camoflages for the Ak 47. They are unlocked getting a certain amount of headshots.

Digital: Unlocked at 25 headshots

Blue Tiger: Unlocked at 75 headshots

Red Tiger: Unlocked at 150 headshots
