The M1 Abrams is the most prodominant tank used by the US Army. The tank is featured prominently in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare in the missions "The Bog" and "War Pig". During these missions Lt. Vasquez platoon has been ordered to help save a M1 Abrams with the call sign "War Pig" which has become stuck in the mud and is about to be overrun. After protecting the tank throughout the night, engineers finally remove the tank from the bog in the morning and you are then ordered to escort the tank to safety throughout a route parallel to the one your squad came through.
