This perk is unlocked at Rank 38 and can be selected as Perk 2. It gives you the advantage of carrying two primary weapons at once. The second primary weapon, which replaces the pistol, cannot be applied with camouflage but all other attachments are available. To make use of this perk correctly, two very different weapons should be chosen at ones, for example a Sub Machine Gun and a Sniper Rifle. Some players use this perk to carry two assault rifles in order to get two separate grenade launchers.
