[edit] Game Information

The M14 is the assault version of the M21 sniper rifle and they are very similar in looks. The M14 is a powerful, semi automatic assault rifle with the power to rip enemy's to pieces if you can bash the trigger 3-4 times before you get owned by an automatic (Due to recoil, aim at waist-height). This gun works well in close combat and if you slap on an ACOG its pretty darn good at medium - long ranged fire fights. This weapon works best as a support weapon in Core gamemodes as you can use it while your assault players charge the enemy position to pick off the occupied enemy players and eventually capture the position. Otherwise it can be used in large maps sort of as a sniper substitute to pick off any targets advancing on your position.

Perks to use with the M14 include; -Stopping Power (Reduces it to a 2-hit kill.) -Steady Aim (For up close fire-fights.)
